Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to create Epics, Features, Stories that can be understood and developed by the development teams. Requirements documentation: Strong ability to manage Product backlog Strong experience in Jira and Microsoft products Strong experience in Salesforce as a BA and Administrator Ability to identify risks, issues and impediments Great communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with colleagues in a cross functional, team oriented environment. Ability to plan tasks and track progress across teams Sound business judgement and ability to escalate critical matters to management promptly Certified Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Certified Salesforce APP builder Minimum Requirements: 3+ years Certified Salesforce Administrator 3+ years Salesforce Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist 3+ years Certified Salesforce APP builder 3+ years of Agile experience Must be a US Citizen, candidates must be able and willing to obtain a security clearance through DHS.
