We are looking for an energetic and motivated team player with a proven professional and technical background to help lead the ongoing development and maintenance of Attentive’s Salesforce platform. You will also work cross-departmental to understand other business processes internally and how we leverage the Salesforce platform to address those business needs. This role will report to the Sales Operations and Strategy team. Responsibilities Administer and support Attentive’s Salesforce platform for 200+ users (adding new users, reports and dashboards, custom objects, creating new fields, record types, modifying page layouts, approval processes) Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool (Dataloader.io) Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required Manage the support queue by responding and resolving tickets daily Support integrations and 3rd party applications and solutions Troubleshoot process builder, workflow rules, flows, approval process, validation rule errors, etc Document development and process for cross-team knowledge sharing and training purposes Partner with our Business Intelligence team to fill missing data and eliminate data inaccuracies Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Salesforce.com administrator (required) 1 - 2 years experience as a Business Analyst (preferred) Administration experience in a large Salesforce environment (200+ users) Salesforce Administrator Certified (required) Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred) Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality Experience with Salesforce Lightning Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively at all levels of the organization Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment Perks & Benefits Robust health benefits packages including access to a 401k and various medical, dental and vision plans, and $100/month fitness reimbursement Full support for remote work during COVID-19 Daily lunch delivery credit and other goodies sent to home Regular company-wide social events (even virtually!)
