About the role Are you passionate about coordinating and completing elaborate projects in a fast-paced startup environment? Are you proficient at developing complex processes with Salesforce's point-and-click tools to meet the needs of various internal stakeholders? Do you excel at delivering answers about complex sets of data using Salesforce's reporting tools? We're seeking a self-motivated Salesforce Administrator who can balance everyday administrative functions with long-term initiatives. Whether it's troubleshooting technical issues with internal users, working with our engineering team to test new features, or hopping on an impromptu call with a manager to discuss a potential new use case for Salesforce, you'll serve as the point of contact for Credible's Salesforce instance. You'll be joining a small team of highly focused Salesforce Administrators working out of both Sales and Marketing Cloud. You'll also work closely with a range of other roles, including business analysts, team leads and managers. An ideal candidate is adept at working on a cross-functional team with a focus on collaboration and clear communication. Personality and values: A minimum of 3 years experience doing Salesforce Administrative or Development work An advanced understanding of Salesforce's data security model Deep knowledge of declarative tools in Salesforce including flow, process builder and workflow rules The ability to prioritize a backlog and manage your time efficiently Experience building sophisticated reports out of Salesforce to answer high-level business questions Capacity to independently tackle problems and build out unique solutions that will perform at scale Excellent oral and written communication skills Education and Experience: Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification Experience working with engineers to deliver continuous integration across multiple Salesforce environments Experience writing process documentation in a professional setting Familiarity with loan origination systems An understanding of the process for a Mortgage broker operating in the United States Basic knowledge of Apex and Visualforce Why work at Credible We are a fast moving, fun-loving, seriously smart group of people who really care about impacting the lives of our customers.
