Responsibilities
- Must be technical.
- Must have 5+yr Exp as Salesforce Admin.
- Must have Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience: configurations, detailed understanding of the Salesforce Classic/Lightning; Sandbox/Enterprise development environments; AppExchange; Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Health clouds.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with JIRA, ERP, CRM, BI solutions.
- Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change.
- Outgoing, willing to interact with a business, technical, and user-base stakeholders frequently.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mindset.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Capable of exercising sound judgment and able to demonstrate self-confidence.
- Highly developed organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
