4.7| || Quick Apply |Full-time|3 hours ago| Full Job Description Summary: The Salesforce Administrator will manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, drive platform utilization working with a cross-functional team including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services, and support any projects that require Salesforce updates or improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Salesforce Administration Assist in day to day Salesforce.com administration items, including maintenance of data integrity, reporting, and support requests. Identify opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness through workflows and processes within Salesforce.com. Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, configurations and any changes that are made to the system. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and resolve end-user requests. Manage all aspects of Salesforce administration: user accounts, profiles, permissions, configurations, page layouts, reports, dashboards, etc. Manage operational requests such as creating workflow rules, validation, new fields, advanced formulas, custom objects, etc. Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions, and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customization that meet the requirements of the business. Monitor and address issues related to instance data quality and consistency. Provide day-to-day end-user support and develop training materials to educate end-users on best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of the Salesforce application. Maintain and update Customer Contract Database by cataloging existing contracts in Salesforce.com. Reporting and Analytics Generate reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services as required. Identify and implement efficiencies within Salesforce across the opportunity sales cycle. Requirements & Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum five years’ experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instances. Salesforce Administration Certification required; Sales/Service Cloud and Advanced Administrator Certifications desirable. Experience with Salesforce Community technologies is desirable. Highly organized and attentive to details. Initiative - a proven ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision/direction. Friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
