Quick Apply |Full-time|11 hours ago| Full Job Description The Salesforce Administrator works with the Marketing Communications manager, and other internal Marketing team members to ensure successful execution of digital communications distribution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other internal systems. Incumbent will be work with system vendors and management to ensure system updates are completed and tested timely, manage and implement marketing distribution schedules, act as marketing lead for system automation and journey development and maintenance, internal and external reporting, trending analysis and day to day system maintenance to ensure security and accuracy of data. Required 3+ years’ technical experience with CRM. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SQL, API’s, SSRS. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and are able to adapt well to change. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Strong reporting and data analysis skills. Passion for high quality, detail oriented delivery of projects and tasks. Technical expertise in automation and journey building. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred 2+ years’ e-marketing development experience. 2+ years’ of Salesforce experience.
