Who We Are Looking For

ACV Auctions is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for executing tasks and projects required to maintain ACV’s Salesforce and related applications instances. You will work alongside product and engineering professionals dedicated to propelling the user experience and optimizing applications to help meet department and company goals. Your initial focus will be to develop reports and dashboards to support the Sales and Business Operations teams and the overall organization of reporting systems in Salesforce. You will work closely with Sales and Business managers and the Data Analytics team to develop insightful reports to help ACV improve its business operations. You will have opportunities to develop leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage reporting systems in Salesforce
  • Work with Sales and Business operations and the Analytics team to improve business intelligence
  • Resolve incorrect or “missing data” tickets related to Salesforce integration with other internal systems
  • Assist in administration of Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud including but not limited to the creation of custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning components; managing user records, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings; and configuring and implementing workflows, process builders, and approval processes.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong commitment to internal customer service
  • Experience working with various stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience acting as a Salesforce or CRM administrator
  • Business education and/or experience
  • Salesforce Admin (201) certification
