The Opportunity We are seeking the right candidate who will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption across SFDC as well as extensive experience building dashboards in Einstein Analytics. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Lead Generation, Opportunity Management, Dashboard Creation and Revenue Forecasting. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst with their main responsibility focused on executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. What you will be doing Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com instance with 75+ users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Build and maintain Einstein dashboards that tie to company KPIs revenue goals Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests You'll have Minimum two years of experience as the Salesforce.com administrator for SFDC instance of 50+ users Experience in Einstein Analytics with experience designing, building and revising views & dashboards with external and internal data sources Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, validation rules, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and strong data management abilities Self-starter who is able to understand the business needs and solve them via SFDC Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ad-tech experience is a plus Excel skills are a plus Dstillery is an Equal Opportunity Workplace | Quick Apply
