The Salesforce Administrator is a critical administrative role in the Corporate Marketing team that will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team through the development of sales process automation, full-scale analytics and manage systems & tools to support targeted sales growth. In this position you will partner and consult with Sales Leaders (both Field and Home Office) to provide recommended solutions to key day-to-day operations and long-term business vision and foster the use of analytics and data in support of decision making and sales strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage the company’s Salesforce CRM database and lead management process to include:

• Develop data infrastructure and maintenance processes for data integrity
• Partner with the Director, Corporate Marketing to support territory, quota, and forecasting analytics and dashboards
• Support ongoing territory management
• Develop sales process automation including lead prioritization, vetting, and distribution to Territory Sales Leaders
• Build and maintain links with marketing automation system (Pardot) for full view of prospect activity
• Perform special projects as assigned including new third-party platform integrations (ideal candidate has some Project Management background)
• Complies at all times with the Standards, Policies and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of configuration experience in Salesforce.com preferred • Salesforce certification is required • Retail industry experience is highly preferred • Higher education experience is a plus • Strong analytics capabilities • Strategic vision and creativity • Exceptional external and internal relationship skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative environment • Operational excellence • Ability to interact with executive management • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands • Data-driven decision making and strong results orientation • Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters is a plus *For immediate consideration; please send resumes to [email protected]*
