Role Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, MHR are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to ensure the MHR Salesforce deployment supports and promotes best practice, delivers business benefits and a return on investment.

• Digital transformation – Development of the Salesforce deployment to support and drive business change and improvement
• Remedial work to the existing Salesforce configuration to achieve benefit realisation and return on investment
• Adoption of new Salesforce features and releases to ensure we remain on a supported platform and capitalise on new functionality
• Required to be able to continue BAU administration activities within Salesforce

Key Skills

• Salesforce ADM 201 Qualified
• Experience of developing customisations and administration within a Salesforce Platform
• Experience of planning and organising multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to work in agile methodology
• Problem Solving
• Logical thinking
• Other Salesforce qualifications (Desirable)
