Description The Salesforce Administrator is a critical administrative role in the Corporate Marketing team that will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team through the development of sales process automation, full-scale analytics and manage systems tools to support targeted sales growth. In this position you will partner and consult with Sales Leaders (both Field and Home Office) to provide recommended solutions to key day-to-day operations and long-term business vision and foster the use of analytics and data in support of decision making and sales strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage the company's Salesforce CRM database and lead management process to include bullDevelop data infrastructure and maintenance processes for data integrity bullPartner with the Director, Corporate Marketing to support territory, quota, and forecasting analytics and dashboards bullSupport ongoing territory management bullDevelop sales process automation including lead prioritization, vetting, and distribution to Territory Sales Leaders bullBuild and maintain links with marketing automation system (Pardot) for full view of prospect activity bullPerform special projects as assigned including new third-party platform integrations (ideal candidate has some Project Management background) bullComplies at all times with the Standards, Policies and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
