FLEXE is transforming the $1.5T logistics industry. FLEXE.com We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the RevOps team. The right candidate will be a strong operations manager that is excited to partner with our internal teams to support process optimization and ensure seamless integration around systems and tools. In this role, you will build and execute core operational processes such as reporting, and ongoing operations management. This is a contract individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, with the potential to transition to FTE as business needs continue to grow. This person must work effectively with other FLEXE teams including sales, marketing, product and engineering, and operations. What You'll Do In This Role Serve as one of the system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment with 45+ users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks Work independently with users to define and document project requirements Partner with marketing to define and manage campaigns, attribution, etc. Support new and existing technical integrations Be able to own an end-to-end project or implementation including requirements gathering, user testing/feedback and communication plans. Qualifications 2+ years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Experience with sales engagement platforms, preferably Outreach Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks and triggers a plus. Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests Please note that this is a contract role, with an anticipated duration of 2-3 months.
