One of our top clients in the North Atlanta area is looking to add a talented Salesforce System Administrator to their growing team! As the SFDC System Administrator, you will be working to improve the processes and adoption using the SF platform throughout the organization. You will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: Customer Experience, Marketing, IT, and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. Additionally, you will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our platform orgs.

Additionally, the ideal candidate has some exposure or knowledge around architecture with a willingness and desire in future to grow into an architect serving as both lead architect and as the Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Understands aspects of Salesforce configurations and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year)
  • Communicates regularly with the internal Salesforce Business Owners, IT systems leadership, CRM Steering Committee and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets needs and to develop ongoing project plan.
  • Maintains at least a high-level familiarity with other IT system /business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential integrations.
  • Salesforce System Admin would champion Salesforce within the IT team, educating other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce.
  • Serves as key liaison with IT technical resources in areas related to system support for other technologies that would integrate with Salesforce.
  • Supports Marketing’s use of Salesforce, including assisting with mailing list generation/cleanup as needed and helping Marketing automate processes marketing campaigns.
  • Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by Salesforce users, performs analysis on data as required.
  • Maintain and communicate Salesforce metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
  • Create and Maintain the structure, policy, and enforcement of promotional paths, software development and testing standards within salesforce environments.
  • Create and Maintain the structure, policy, and enforcement of Salesforce licenses, objects creations, coding standards, reports, to maintain best practices and budgets
Qualifications :
  • Minimum 4-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator required
  • Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified (or willing to obtain within 180 days of hire) required
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption required
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality required
  • Strong data management abilities required
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements required
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment required
  • Knowledge of SF Architecture or desire to build experience in architecture
Preferred Experience:
  • API development experience preferred
  • MuleSoft experience preferred
  • RedPoint experience preferred
  • Pardot experience preferred
