Educology Solutions, Incorporated (ESI) is seeking Salesforce Administrators to provide platform support services in the areas of process development, workflow and approval flows, legacy data integration, data modeling, data mapping, application configuration and application administration. These are full time positions, located in Washington, DC and require previous experience in building and configuring Salesforce GovCloud environments. Skills and Qualifications BABS degree 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree. (4) years of experience in Salesforce Administration. (6) years of experience in software lifecycle development. Salesforce Administrator Certification, a plus Experience in configuring and building Salesforce GovCloud environments. Perform data mapping and implement data models from use cases and analysis flows and requirements. Implement and configure proper application frameworks on the Salesforce platform. Work with the Department of Healthrsquos project and development team in developing Salesforce Applications. Advise project team on the Salesforce licensing framework and the different licensing options on the Salesforce platform. Be responsible for the management of all Salesforce environments and implementing the change management policies. Other Required Skills ndash The Salesforce Administrator must possess the following skillsets and levels of experience 1) Salesforce Environment setup (4 years) 2) Salesforce Application Configuration (4 years) 3) Salesforce setup with Heroku (1 year) 4) Salesforce Service Cloud customization (2 years) 5) Salesforce GovCloud implementation experience (1 year) 6) Salesforce Workflow, Process Builder, and Visual Flows (4 years)
