Summary/Objective:

Serve as the company’s lead Salesforce administrator and subject matter expert and Project manager, and provide day to day support of the Salesforce application. Support other related initiatives as needed. This position will be required to work in Austin, Texas where the corporate office is located.

Essential Duties:

  • Work across key business units to analyze procedures, and design and implement high quality solutions
  • Maintain system configuration and documentation with respect to user permissions, custom objects & fields, validation rules, process builder configurations and page layouts
  • Perform data imports, fulfill ad-hoc data requests, data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
  • Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Drive employee adoption + education for the myriad technologies used by our team
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and custom workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, redesign or development within the platform
  • Work with internal business groups and external consultants to optimize implementation
  • Perform Salesforce administrator functions: user creation and maintenance, customization of profiles, security settings
  • Create and manage company projects, including timelines, meetings, communications and documentation using project management software

Education/Experience & Technical Knowledge:

  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator Preferred
  • 1-3 years’ CRM administration experience in business environment
  • Experience building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, process builder, Lightning experience, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Experience administering integrating SF with applications like RingCentral, InContact, RedCard, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce workflow rules, org-to-org connections, and validation rules
  • Experience managing Projects, communicating tasks and timelines and conflict resolution
  • Experience using Project management software
  • PMP or PMI preferred
