Role: Salesforce Administrator

BPS World are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of owning, maintaining, and adding strategic value to an organisation's Salesforce CRM application.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for automating critical business processes on the Salesforce platform, playing a business-facing role combining technical responsibilities and traditional consulting elements.

The Salesforce Administrator will interface with various global business leaders responsible for core business functions (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations) and will take the time to understand what the business is trying to accomplish, why and only afterward, leverage technology (e.g. Salesforce) to customize a solution that enables those changes.

As The Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess The Following

• Experienced as a Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features
• Experience working with Apex or SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot Apex triggers, classes, and test classes
• Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce configuration
• Understanding of building workflows, custom objects, dashboards and creating reports
