American Hartford Gold Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with subject matter expertise to own projects while working closely with a team of Salesforce Admins and internal stakeholders across business, operations, marketing, sales. To Assist 75+ users in a fast paced phone sales environment.

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales
• Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: marketing teams, sales, sales operations

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform Salesforce configuration and customization to support process automation.
• Work directly with end-users and management to support reporting and administrative needs.
• Experience with APEX and API integration is a must
• Knowledge on Rest and soql
• Good understanding of CTI systems for phones and hardware
• Velocify or 8x8 experience is a plus
• Project management of all technology needs experience is a must
• Promote user adoption of Salesforce.
• Handle 50-100 requests daily
• Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, and compliance
