Salesforce Administrator and Analyst supports a cross-functional admissions team as well as senior level international business executives in conducting analysis, implementing key metric reporting, budget analysis, and trend analysis. The Salesforce Administrator and Analyst will also be responsible for helping to implement key strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Working under substantial latitude, you will manage and implement changes to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, analyze and review highly complex operational data and develop balanced scorecard, business performance forecasts and recommendations to senior management. You will also plan and support a broad range of assignments with responsibility for recommending and implementing change in methods and procedures as well as prepare interpretation of operating results and advise management of appropriate course of action. This is a Miami office based position with temporary remote work capability due to covid-19.


Salesforce Administrator and Analyst Duties

  • Apply CRM expertise to manage Salesforce

  • Design, project manage implementation of Salesforce Lightning and other improvements to business

  • Able to recommend and implement substantive changes to the Salesforce software.

  • Develop operational management analysis and customized reports.

  • Help manage the data integrity of the admissions team.

  • Develop analysis and recommendations for Executive review.

  • Identify short-term and long-term trend analysis.

  • Develop optimization strategies for marketing channels and key metric activity.

  • Present recommendations to senior executive team.

  • Must be able and willing to travel at least 25% of the time.

Salesforce Administrator and Analyst Key Result Areas

4-8 objectives with associated activities and KPI’s (which can then align with the performance plan) that the incumbent is accountable for.

Objective:

  • Maintain integrity of the CRM program

  • Ensures CRM software is adequate to meet objectives

  • Implements/Project Manage updates to CRM software

  • Ensures staff is adequately trained to use CRM software

Major Activities (Critical Success Factors)

  • Ensures functional reporting structure is programmed accurately in the system

  • Responsible for adequate system security in compliance with IT protocol

  • Monitors Salesforce usage, generates reports, and analyzes data

  • Facilitate projects from inception to completion, including salesforce lightning

  • Develops and implements CRM training

Key Performance Indicators

  • CRM reports are 100% accurate

  • System security is not breached

  • Makes sound observations and recommendations to meet objective.

  • Timely completion of projects

  • Trains users on how to utilize new updates to the CRM program.

  • All Salesforce users are trained to used the software.

Salesforce Administrator and Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business operations, Information technology, business, finance or related field.

  • IT professional with 4 – 5 years of project management experience.

  • Expertise with Salesforce and complex data analysis, Salesforce (CRM) certification required.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills (familiarity with key-board short-cuts) for MAC.

  • Experience with Programming is a plus.

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in either consulting, finance, IT implementation, investment analysis, computer programming, financial planning and analysis and is comfortable working in a very fast-paced “start-up" environment in addition to advanced Salesforce expertise.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Effective written communications skills in English (Spanish a plus but not required).

  • Ability to project manage high level IT projects

  • Comfortable working in very fast-paced work environment under pressure.

  • Enjoys challenge and is comfortable with change.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Passionate about education and creative arts is a plus

Sitting and standing for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper, occasional lifting of items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds such as files, stacks of paper, equipment and other materials. Moving from place to place within the organization, minimal reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
