About the project:

It is the next generation workforce spending platform. We enable businesses to empower their employees and contractors through enabling spend while maintaining administrative oversight and control. We do this through a robust SaaS platform that lets them distribute payment instruments (such as debit cards and mobile payments), control their use, monitor activity in real-time and streamline expense reconciliations. These features are available via desktop, mobile apps, APIs and webhook integrations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access;
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems;
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration;
• Knowledge and experience with report and dashboard creation;
• Proficient at Salesforce’s SFDX tools (used in CI/CD pipelines);
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of custom objects;
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with reporting platforms, specifically Microsoft PowerBI;
• Extensive knowledge and experience using SFDX tools for deployment;
• Unit test development;
• Development and debugging of APEX triggers;
• Experience with “DemandTools” by Validity.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administrative tasks within salesforce such as layout adjustments, design andimplementation of profiles/permission sets as well as triaging reported issues from our users;
• Work with key stakeholders in various groups to enhance their use and value of salesforce;
• Helping users develop or fine-tune reports in order to track meaningful metrics;
• Data management such as deduplication of records;
• Develop and deploy your changes through CI/CD pipelines.
