CK Technical are recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator Assistant to join a biotechnology company on a permanent basis. The role will be field based with the successful candidate working remotely; with occasional travel to offices in Southampton and Surrey.

The Salesforce CRM Administrator Assistant will be a key resource in driving growth through sales and marketing effectiveness.

Your main duties will be:

• Maintaining CRM data integrity and quality.
• Developing sales analyticsto improve sales effectiveness.
• Onboarding new users.
• User training and Trailblazer self-certification.
• Development of customer facing self-service technical support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience of Salesforce administration
• Trailblazer certification in Intermediate Admin and Marketing Cloud
• Ability to engage with internal stakeholders of all levels
• Ability to be self-driven to meet deadlines and results
