Executive Assistant / Certified Salesforce Administrator

We're looking for a certified Salesforce Admin who is willing to also take on some executive assistant type duties for our COO. Since Salesforce is the engine of our company and the COO has been the mastermind behind its development, he needs a certified salesforce admin to come alongside him and be able to continue to keep the system in tip-top shape and help keep projects on schedule as we continue to build out our Salesforce Org. You will be deeply involved in Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, and Reporting and learn and report on the business through Salesforce. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone to come into the real estate investment business and become to go-to person for Data, Development, and Reporting. This position has significant growth potential into a managerial/director role as the company grows and its technology needs increase.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • A commitment to maintaining data integrity
  • Deep understanding of dashboards and reports including joined reports
  • Expert level in Salesforce Automation using process builders flows, workflow actions and knowledge of when to use each
  • Apex Triggers and Classes Preferred
  • A sense of urgency in carrying out and prioritizing all requests
  • Handling data analysis and reporting
  • Assist COO with handling job descriptions, org charts, business process documentation
  • Assist COO with phone screens, setting up interviews and making recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
  • Pardot Specialist (Preferred)
  • Dataloader for Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Google Docs
  • HTML
  • SQL
