Pencils of Promise (PoP) is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Salesforce Administration Intern for Fall and/or Spring Term. The intern will support the organization by learning how to be a Salesforce Administrator. This is a paid internship at 30 hours per week. Please submit your resumé and cover letter in PDF format. Responsibilities:

• Intern Program Project:
  • The Intern will be trained on Salesforce.org and other cloud-based business applications. You will get hands-on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients. Interns will receive guidance and feedback and can expect to make a real impact. We are looking to invest in someone and help develop their skills.
• Update data/records and maintain data integrity
• Create Salesforce objects, page layouts, and flows
• Build new fields, workflows, and process builders to automate workforce and foundation programs
• Mass upload data to update records
• Learn about Salesforce and its capabilities
• Creatively think of new solutions to existing manual processes
• Partner with Staff to resolve bugs and support issues

At this internship, you will learn:
