Title: Salesforce Administrator
Type : Contract 6 months.
Location : 100% Remote work
Rate : $Open/hour
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Maintain System Security and Integrity
Grant/remove and maintain user licenses
Design, create, and maintain user roles and profiles and other sharing groups
Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, approval processes, and other business rules
Change Management, User Adoption, and Satisfaction
Manage the change control documentation
Lead “Change Management” Committee if appropriate
Communicate regularly regarding new Salesforce release features
Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
Provide support functions as needed
Data Quality and Maintenance
Import data as appropriate
Monitor and improve data quality
Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed
Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
Create and maintain dashboards
Create and maintain reports, including folder maintenance
Create and maintain reporting capabilities with Wave Analytics

Requirements:
Must Haves:
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification
- 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Communication skills and people skills must be outstanding
- The day to day is support and the people we present need to be comfortable with this.
- Need an independent worker who is not going to rely on being told what to do.
- The management style in this group is hand’s off
- Team fit is huge for this group
- Anyone who has LMS experience
- Worked in an environment with SF Commerce cloud and/or Marketing cloud
