Who We Are Looking For:
Incapsulate is searching for an experienced Alliance Manager, with strong understanding of the Salesforce Partner Program, Salesforce go to market and sales strategies, and professional services sold for Salesforce systems integration or consulting to support and accelerate incapsulate revenue growth. We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager for an individual contributor role. Proven track record at Salesforce or a Salesforce Gold Partner with strong partner alignment background, partner management and partner engagement program design and management. We are looking for an individual to coordinate our activities with Salesforce, and expand our reach within salesforce by “selling to” and “marketing to” to Salesforce partner managers, Salesforce Account executives, and Salesforce Regional Vice Presidents. We are Salesforce Gold Partner making the investments to become a Salesforce Platinum Partner. We are heavily focused on Insurance as a vertical and have numerous success stories of digital transformation leveraging Salesforce as a platform in Insurance. This position is primarily focused on targeting the organizations within Salesforce that sell to the US Insurance market, so much of the selling to and marketing to Salesforce will have an Insurance flavor. A reasonable level of understanding Salesforce solutions in Insurance will be preferable. We are also partners of Clariti (Basic Gov) a Salesforce ISV, Mulesoft a Salesforce owned company, Tableau a Salesforce owned Company, Box, Google, ESRI and AWS. This position will absorb the management and engagement of these partners as well.

What You Will Do:

  • Help Incapsulate drive engagement growth with Salesforce by “selling to” and “marketing to” Salesforce our capabilities and success.
  • Design and execute Salesforce Engagement campaigns for Salesforce AEs and RVPs
    • Deliver presentations on our capabilities, success, resources, and GTM motion
    • Create or repurpose customer stories for slides or documents for Salesforce
    • Create or repurpose Salesplays, Compete Sheets,
    • Coordinate engagement cadence and joint marketing activities
    • Manage the creation of a Salesforce Newsletter
    • Manage the Incapsulate Playbook for Salesforce
  • Manage the Salesforce Partner Program, understanding where we are to date with our Employee Certifications, our App Exchange submissions, our ACV Credit, our customer stories, and other assets required by the salesforce partner program.
  • Similar to Salesforce, manage other tech partners in the Salesforce Ecosystem Clariti, Mulesoft, Tableau etc
  • Similar to Salesforce, manage other tech partners we are also invested in Box, Google, ESRI, AWS etc
  • Understanding this position in likely percentage of your work time
    • Clariti, Mulesoft, Tableau etc
    • Box Google ESRI AWS etc
    • Engaging Prospects or Current Customers
    • Sales Marketing Material Creation
    • Event Participation as Sales / Marketing Attendance
    • Virtual or Social Media Assistance as required for partnerships
    • Driving engagement and selling to Salesforce Insurance 25%
    • Managing Salesforce Partner Program activities 20%
    • Driving engagement and selling to Salesforce State and Local 15%
    • Driving engagement and selling to Salesforce Tech Partners 15%
    • Managing and selling to other tech Partner 15%
    • Assisting in all general Sales and Marketing activities 10%

What Qualifies You:

  • Strong understanding of Cloud based solutions and CRM; specifically Salesforce
  • 10+ years enterprise technology experience in business development, partner management, sales or marketing from either the partner side or the product company side
  • Strong Partner Program management experience, either managing partners for a product company or managing the partner relationship from the partner to the product company
  • Strong organizational skills to manage consistent engagement with Salesforce that adds value to the Salesforce AEs PMs and RVPs
  • Record of successfully managing multiple partner engagement initiatives from either the partner side or the product company side
  • Basic understanding of selling Salesforce or Salesforce Professional Services
  • Basic understanding of technology in Insurance
  • Strong ability to differentiate Incapsulate from the competition to Salesforce AEs, PMs RVPs
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent customer-facing (primary partner facing) skills
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver who fosters fact-based arguments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
