The Salesforce Analyst will be expected to be an expert on developing Salesforce reports and dashboards, interpret business data requirements successfully into automated reporting solutions, and understand and speak to common Customer Relationship Management system data relationships (i.e. custom health care objects, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Cases). S/he will also understand and articulate fundamental business data concepts such as ROI, customer segmentation and direct/indirect marketing channels. Balance reporting results to existing system reports, identify differences and develop-to or explain results. Deliver according to a project schedule, contribute to project plan.

Typical Day Snapshot Analytics Analyst
New challenges and opportunities arise every day for the Analytics Analyst and their role will vary based on the projects where they are engaged.
Attend and capture detail from business facilitation workshops coupling human-centric design, agile methodology and data architecture to develop reporting designs
Translate designs into technical requirements for development
Lead review sessions with offshore consultants driving development. Provide feedback and QA their code and architecture
Lead review sessions with the Client demonstrating dashboard features, soliciting feedback and checking data quality
Perform and drive testing cycles to ensure data accuracy
Help train end users on how to use the platform to access and answer questions with their dashboards and reports
With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development
Develop a platform expertise and advice on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Typical Einstein implementations include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and Binding solutions

Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience with programming Languages APEX, VisualForce.
A minimum of 3 years experience with Salesforce reporting, workbench and APEX data loader.
A minimum of 1 year s exposure to integrations, Mulesoft, R, Python etc.
A minimum of 6 months exposure to leading developers
A minimum of 2 years experience using vlookups, pivot tables, slicers in Excel and data cleaning.

Preferred Skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.
