Robert Half Technology is currently hiring for a Salesforce Analyst for a client in Buckhead. This is a direct hire position. The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for managing sales operations data within the Salesforce application to meet business needs. The candidate will analyze data, identify gaps and streamline information. H/she will help define key revenue and sales trends and metrics to enhance the overall sales forecasting process from lead to revenue realization.

- Create and maintain standard related reports to support business needs.
- Assist in the build out of dashboards and track and monitor metrics
- Manage inventory of sales operations and financial reports and identify issues impacting accurate reporting
- Manage reporting and requests for ad hoc reports to support sales, implementation, new product development, etc.
- Queries data warehouse and internal databases and prepare user friendly reports according to requestors requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
- 3+ years' experience with Salesforce CRMs and dashboards
- Understanding of business analytics, including reporting on pipeline health and forecasting
