POSITION SUMMARY
Manage development and administration of Salesforce CRM platform with leading technology and industry best practices within cloud and internal server environments. Build and maintain multi-system integrations through various APIs to ERP, proprietary solutions, and SaaS applications. Manage both internal and third party administrative and development teams, as well as offshore resources
Work within a standards-based collaborative team environment and contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of technical environments. The incumbent is expected to take every opportunity to advance skill sets in areas that are critical to the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain Salesforce.com instances and daily operations, architecture, and development
- development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce.com application and integration server environments
- Ensure application components are configured and tuned according to application and business requirements
- Troubleshoot as needed by analyzing code and configurations to production environments
- Manage integrations between dependent applications and software
- Integrate company data, applications, and processes in new business expansion, acquisition, or merger
- Liaise with business analysts and developers, third party application consultants, and Curvature business units to develop and maintain as the business requires
- Liaise with Curvature business units to complete testing of application development and implementation
- Assist with developing application best practices for cross-departmental (Sales, Lead Generation, Quoting, Service Delivery, Finance, Business Development, Channel Program, Partner Management, and Marketing) use within Salesforce
- Maintain Help Desk ticketing system request queue. Maintaining SLAs with internal customers.
- Ensure process and procedure documentations are up to date
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years working experience with Application Development Management
- 3+ years working experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design
- 1+ years working experience with Middleware and ETL development/administration
- Advanced Administration of Salesforce.com platform including Sales Cloud, Analytics Cloud, WAVE, Workbench
- Required Salesforce Certifications
- Certification: Salesforce Administrator
- Certification: Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Certification: Salesforce Platform App Builder
- 2+ years working experience with Database management
- Familiarity of programming and application languages: APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of API languages: REST, SOAP
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience with Cloud and SaaS best practices
- Salesforce Third Party Plugin and AppExchange experience: Pardot, Discover Org/Zoom Info, Composer, etc.
- Experience with Tools: Demandtools, Eclipse IDE, Visual Studio Code development environment, Salesforce APEX Dataloader
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, HVS, Pardot, Chatter and Einstein AI
- Advanced Salesforce Reports and Dashboard creation and usage
- Understanding of Sales Operations processes and procedures
- Experience in cross-departmental and cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of MDM solutions, enrichment functionalities, and API use
- Intermediate experience with ITIL framework and Agile methodology
- Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms and integrations
- Familiarity with best practices in Lead/Quote to Cash Cycle
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS-JSA (%)
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Work may involve lifting, pushing or carrying documents weighing 20 pounds.
