What You Will Do From Day To Day

You will support the CRM Manager in aligning processes across platforms following industry best practices. Serve as our primary System Administrator for Marketo and Salesforce. Working closely with internal stakeholders and Business analysts to support the evolution of our CRM and Marketing automation platforms.

Your key areas will be
  • Support designing and building solutions following Industry best practices
  • Utilise data enrichment and automation capabilities
  • Manage Marketo data feeds and other integrations
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Marketo and Salesforce
  • Provide ongoing System and technical support for Marketo and Salesforce
  • Assist in training users across Salesforce and Marketo platforms
  • Ownership of Data structure, Data governance and ongoing monitoring of stored data ensuring retention policies and GDPR compliance is adhered to.

The CRM team are part of the marketing platform team which sit within our marketing services department. Our vision as a CRM team is to drive transformative growth through increased customer focus; enabled by data management, sales efficiency and enhanced customer visibility. We work closely with our business groups to align, support and enhance their experience with our marketing automation and CRM systems.

Competences we are looking for
  • University degree in computer science, IT or similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a System Administration role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Marketo best practices and functionality and with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, roles and permissions and other content.
  • Marketing Operation experience relating to nurturing, scoring and data management
  • Strong in planning and time management
  • Strong Excel user
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe analytics, PowerBI or similar
  • Salesforce Certified – ADM-201
  • Certifications with Marketo
