Salesforce and Pardot-focused Business Analyst Our client is a software powerhouse in Alpharetta, GA who focuses on building innovative workforce solutions for companies around the globe. They are seeking a Salesforce and Pardot-focused Business Analyst to work on their marketing tool implementation project. Here's what you'll be doing Collaborating with business stakeholders across functional areas to define business needs and desired sales process Identifying areas of improvement within existing processes and opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform Identifying strategies to transform disparate sales and marketing processes to enterprise sales and marketing processes Defining user stories and business requirements Creating and maintaining project deliverables Leading deployment planning and post production support for new business process and requirements Staying current on Salesforce.com and Pardot functionality Collaborate with Salesforce Admins on complex processes and solutions.
