REQUIRED SKILLS:

Salesforce Development Experience is definitely required –  

Also required:   knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Applications : Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

Knowledge:

- Requires knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Applications : Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Requires expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology
- Requires advanced knowledge of object-oriented languages
- Requires knowledge of relational database management systems
- Demonstrates an understanding of core business functions
- Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem

- Requires demonstrated proficiency in application programming
- Requires proficiency in SQL

- Requires ability to lead multiple tasks
- Prefers hands-on experience with IBM Rational Suite
- Requires proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio and Project
- Requires ability to lead a globally distributed team

Role & Responsibilities:

This senior developer position works independently to develop, implement, and maintain complex technology solutions.

- Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications
- Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain complex software products
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation
- Perform Tier Two Production Support as required
- Provide status updates to management
- Leads design/code reviews, architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews

- Supports Salesforce Applications: Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Mentors staff
- Assigns work and directs staff in the production of work product
- Manages interactions with external vendors
- Directly interacts with internal customers and manages customer expectations

- Formulates and manages system scope, objectives, and cost for assigned projects

Education/Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, or MIS) (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
Certifications:

Prefers:  Salesforce Platform Developer I  (PDI)  Certification
- May be called upon to perform production support or system rollouts on nights and weekends.
