Job Description
- Provide sales Operational support for salesforce.com and other third party applications like HubSpot
- Able to perform impact analysis on user requests and system issues
- Troubleshoot data flow issues to/from associated sales applications
- Monitor data built/modified to ensure data quality standards are met
- Liaison between business groups to fully understand business requirements
- Partner with business process owners at all levels to define and document functional requirements
- Design system solutions that are effective, scalable and do not have complicated maintenance process
- Configure and build solutions where technical development work is not required
- Work with the technical team if technical development work is required
- Perform various types of testing - System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing
- Enable analytics on key business measures and develop or fine-tune reports so they yield meaningful metrics
- Build key documentation – Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Test Scripts
- Ensure accurate and consistent data structure is in place for different systems within the enterprise
- Ensure good configuration and scripting practices are observed by your own self as well as all members of the team
- Monitor systems health to ensure jobs and integrations are running smoothly, be proactive to find systems issues
- Manage release upgrades to ensure systems are up to date with security and critical updates
- Find opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Arista's salesforce.com solutions are current with industry standard methodologies and new technology implementations
Qualifications
Additional Information
- At least 8 years of hands-on salesforce.com experience in system setup and configurations including supporting the lightning platform
- Must have a proven track record of success in multiple salesforce.com implementations and integration projects
- Must have solid experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and communities
- Must be highly proficient in Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Validations Rules, Workflows, Data Loader, Workbench, Process Builder, etc.
- Must have a solid understanding of Force.com platform, Apex classes, Visual Force, Batch Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOAP/REST based web services
- Must have a solid understanding of the sales process in High Tech organizations with Hardware and Software businesses
- Must be analytical, have good troubleshooting skills, able to problem-solve and think Critically
- Have experience supporting Marketing automation like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Have experience interfacing with ERP Systems like NetSuite, etc.
- Excellent customer interfacing, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create well-defined Functional Requirements/Specifications Document, develop Use Case Scenarios and produce Test Plans
- Ability to review the Technical Design Document to ensure developers are aligned with functional requirements
- Ability to present functional and technical content to all levels within the organization
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Highly productive with minimal oversight from management
- Always passionate about ensuring every member in a team including your own self produce high-quality work
- Flexible working with offshore resources outside of regular US PST time zone
- Willing to be covering off-hours when needed in production support or when there is a tight project timeline
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and Business Management
- Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, or Six Sigma) experience a plus
- Full-time position, can be located in the United States or Canada
