- 4 Years’ Experience using Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and Gov Cloud
- 4 Years’ Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- 7 Years’ Experience using Shield and Lightning
