Salary Range $50,000 - $57,000 per year; DOE Close Date 19-August-2020 Category 02 Essential Duties Provide Tier 1 Salesforce support for all Salesforce end-users and stakeholders. Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to provide great customer service support. Escalate reported issues to management and development teams. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and related materials. Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality. Work with other ASU UTO Teams to ensure org health and security to support the ASU Enterprise Salesforce instance. Attend required meetings and calls on time and with adequate preparation. Take responsibility for fostering culture, advancing our values, and championing engagement in all its forms - collaborating across our teams as well as participating in UTO/ASU events and programs. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; AND, One (1) year of information technology experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months experience. Desired Qualifications Demonstrated general knowledge about the Salesforce platform. Evidence of Salesforce certifications or completed Salesforce Trailhead modules a plus Demonstrated knowledge with Salesforce Cases, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent case management systems. Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards or Trailhead module completion. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Experience troubleshooting and ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly. Evidence of effectively communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff. Experience in work that requires being detail-oriented and organized. Evidence of being self-motivated and the ability to follow through on tasks and projects. Experience in modeling empathy, compassion and emotional intelligence. Experience hiring in a values-led organization, emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Experience in helping foster a safe psychological space for all teammates where everyone can thrive. Working Environment Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking. Visual acuity and manual dexterity associated with daily use of desktop computer; bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing objects of varying weights up to 20 pounds.
