Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience as a Software Engineer. 
• At least 7 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce architectural design.
• Must be able to lead a development team. 
• Experience in Apex classes, triggers and Visualforce pages.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.
• Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications.
• Lead a small development team to oversee and direct project implementation.
• Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce.com solution.
