We are looking for an SFDC Architect.

5+ years’ hands on experience in architecting Salesforce solutions in Sales & Service cloud

Ability to architect large scale technology solutions primarily using all of the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions.

Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance (relevance and timeframe) to customer those features and benefits

Suggest new processes/application features which optimize technical operations and/or increase consumer engagement/conversion

The candidate will need to be dynamic and an excellent communicator working across multiple teams of the department with sound knowledge of Salesforce service cloud implementation

Strong knowledge with designing, optimization of salesforce service cloud implementation

Strong experience in interacting with client and owning delivery in an onsite/offshore model.

Experience in lightning migration will be a plus

Certification as Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect desired
