Title: Salesforce Architect with FSL

Location: San Ramon, CA (Remote)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes

· Partner with project delivery teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes

· Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth

· Creation, business alignment and delivery of global SFDC FSL feature roadmaps for enterprise

· Integrate SBG specific business processes related to FSL into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy

· Research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions by leading R&D and POC efforts for SFDC solutions

Must Have

· Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering or another IT/technical field

· 12+ years of IT Experience, at least 4 years Field Service domain experience

· 2+ years designing and configuring on Salesforce platform

· 2+ years designing and defining data flow diagrams between Salesforce and other boundary systems

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders.

· Communicate and collaborate with internal technical teams and external business teams: Service, Sales and Marketing

· Proven people skills, working successfully in a team context with co-workers, clients, and managers. Candidate must be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions to Client.

· Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner

· Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment

· Hands on experience integrating Salesforce platform to ERP systems

· Experience setting up contract management and preventative maintenance modules

· Experience in designing/working on Field Service mobility solution.

Role: Salesforce Architect with nCino

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Remote)

Type: Contract

Salesforce/nCino Architect 

· Should have over 10+ years of experience in Salesforce 

· Should be proficient in nCino Loan Origination Process and should be familiar with Credit Memo, Change memo , Spread , Product Package and Loan stage movement and business around this.

· 3+ year experience in banking and financial services or combination of experience, education

· Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Application Builder and preferably nCino certification is an added advantage

· Strong Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools

· Working knowledge of the loan life cycle, Retail, Commercial, Treasury and Compliance

· Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories to capture business requirements

· Experience leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with clients

· Experience leading release planning and deployment

· Experience with nCino Commercial or Retail configuration

· Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

· Works closely with our clients to assess their current architecture and architect solutions that meet their current needs

· Exhibit exceptional presentation skills and be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences on alternative approaches, analyze impacts

· Should be proficient with Continuous Integration and tools like COPADO and ANT are added advantage.

· Key Skills: Commercial or business banking knowledge, end2end credit cycle, ability to run business architecture design sessions as needed, can explain salesforce concepts and training additional USB people as needed.

· Tech: SOQL, APEX, SFDC Admin, nCino UI, nCino DocMan, nCino Portal

· Certs: nCino + Salesforce 2x+
