Lead the effort
Experience with Service cloud, Lightning web console
Experience with Rest API
Integration will be a good portion as data is pulled from various sources:
Customer data management, Order history, Sales, Assets, Products etc
Experience with DevOps – Test automation, deployment automation, CI/CD specific to SFDC (DX)
Experience with new implementation of service cloud, conversion from other CRMs (Seibel preferred)
Experience with working with integration teams, middleware layers (REST API/ESB)
Certification around Architect level skills or Advanced developer skills is a plus
This is a Contract to Hire (atleast 6 months contract)
