Requirement Description:

ODT wishes to build a Salesforce practice to support and enhance existing Salesforce applications and build new applications.

We are looking for a consultant that can:

• Review our existing environment and make recommendation and assist in making it a solid environment that utilizes Salesforce best practices for continued development
• Lead the effort to create a guide for all future development (architecture, coding standards, naming standards, security standards…)
• Mentor a team of three Taxation employees to be productive in this environment.  Guide the team through coding and decision-making progresses.
• Lead the development of a new application for this environment.  This application should be built utilizing the guide created above
• Advise the team on how to move data from Salesforce to other platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL, Block Chain…)
• Integrate the Salesforce environment with IBM’s IDX.
• Export data from Salesforce to FileNet within our firewalls

Ideal candidate will have broad based experience in designing, prototyping, and building custom data centric web-based applications.

The developer would be asked to work with business users on helping to develop requirements and functionality that is desired by the business, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5 plus years of experience with Salesforce.com
• 5 plus years of experience with Salesforce Apex
• 5 plus years of experience with Salesforce Administration
• 3 plus years of experience in Salesforce Lighting
• 1 plus years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts
• 3 plus years of mentoring staff to build Salesforce applications
• Have set up at least two Salesforce practices that utilize best practices
• Experience in Salesforce Application Architect
• Experience in Database Architecture Management Designer
• Experience with Data Connect.
