Senior Salesforce Architect

Position:

The Sr Salesforce Architect evaluates and aligns Salesforce technology with business strategy while integrating company processes with the appropriate Salesforce and ancillary solutions and support models. The individual will establish strong relationships with the functional, technical, and external partners that will drive value across the organization through efficient, innovative and proactive project management. The individual will also establish guidelines and standards when it comes to Salesforce application configuration, development, integration and deployment. This position also requires a dynamic and technically proficient individual with Salesforce and other technology that has the ability to define and analyze requirements and participate in the development and implementation of solutions to meet short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

·       Works closely with both the functional, technical, and vendor teams to create and implement industry leading solutions;

·       Participates and delivers on all components of the SDLC that includes: Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance;

·       Complies with IT Security and Governance best practices and standards;

·       Researches and/or implement requests for proposed system and architectural changes;

·       Provides cost and resource estimates for technology investments and projects;

Requirements:

·       7+ years of Salesforce application support or related support with specific experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Field Service Lightning, and Mobile App

·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field

·       Salesforce Certified

·       Experience in documentation, presentation tools and project management tools

·       Project Management experience

·       Upstream/Midstream Natural gas industry systems experience

·       Experience in Application Design & Development, with proven experience implementing, creating, upgrading and maintaining multiple applications within a mature enterprise environment

·       Proven track record of application and tool selection

·       Familiarity with Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, ITSM)

·       Analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

·       Detail orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and multi-task across numerous projects

·       Ability to take ownership and demonstrate leadership capabilities

·       Web development experience (JavaScript/DOM, SOAP, XML) and knowledge of IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN services, server technologies, virtualization, and operating systems preferred

·       Experience with SOA, Middleware, and Integration technologies (Tibco, webMethods, SSIS) preferred

·       Experience with Architecture and System Design principles for High Availability/Recovery preferred

·       Experience with ETL technologies (Informatica, SSIS, Decision Stream) preferred
