Primary Skill: Role Description: The Salesforce Technical
Architect needs to have at least 2-5 years of experience. Software as Service
professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a
Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data
are centrally hosted on the cloud. professionals demonstrate
skills in the platform which is the leader in CRM solutions for
customer relationship management software and cloud computing. As the
successful candidate, you are able to design technical architecture solutions
that span multiple platforms and includes the integration and authentication
across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of
highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale;
articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for
a technical architecture. As the Technical Solution Architect, you will have
the responsibility to architect as well as implement the solutions with support
from the local team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with the Business Functional teams' to
determine how best to implement a solution that meets current and future needs
(decisions around declarative vs programmatic etc.) -Closely works with
implementation partners and takes on responsibility for future enhancements and
integrations. - Escalation point for technical issues. - Solution components
that are outside of the Salesforce platform (APIs). - Expert SFDC platform
knowledge. - Knowledge of Information Security & Data Privacy requirements. -
Integration (including a technology/not just SFDC connections) and data
Migration. - End to End Technical Solution that tightly supports business
processes and UX. - Play TA role on projects: typically, part-time on more than
1 project at a time. - Lead technical design sessions, designing and
documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business
objectives - Ability to leverage out of the box Salesforce features vs. custom
development for business requirements. -Engagement with System and Process
experts to help identify solutions to business pain points - Hands-on
configuration experience on SFDC Platform - Able to work independently and
consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail
- Ability to think proactively and identify solutions to drive business needs -
Help scope, solution, and estimate new opportunities along with the team. -
Practice Development: Mentor resources, take on leadership roles to expand
overall practice capabilities, etc. -Manage releases and coordinate with DevOps
stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of experience
developing Salesforce customizations, integrations, and developing and
executing data migrations. - A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the
technical architecture for Salesforce implementations. - A minimum of 5 years
of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise
software projects. - Has held a Salesforce Administrator certification (not
need to be current) with Architecture experience. - Ability to create and/or
co-author Agile artifacts: Roadmap, Features, Epic Stories, User Stories, and
Acceptance Criteria (testable by QA and/or Business Users). Preferred Skills: -
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions - cloud computing strategy,
systems design, implementation and management. - Consulting experience with
medium to large consulting firms, focusing on cloud computing related advisory
services (storage, SaaS etc.) - Familiarity with multiple implementation
standards and methodologies: Waterfall, XP, Agile Scrum/Kanban, Scaled Agile. -
Programming Languages - APEX, VisualForce, and familiarity with ANT and Eclipse
tools for working with the IDE. - and other technical
certifications, highly desired. - Very strong work ethic with a customer
service focus in a 40-hour work week. Professional Skill Requirements: - Proven
ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. - Proven
ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
