Job Description We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Customerrsquos rapidly growing company. This Technical Architect will collaborate with their Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developer, Marketing Director and additional team members to design, test, document, and implement new applications as well as heavily redesign and future-proof our Salesforce Org. They are committed to Technology and as they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and talented Salesforce Technical Architect who wants to be a part of a team and work in a collaborative environment. This is not a remote position and candidates must be in state or willingable to relocate (no relocation reimbursement will be provided). Role Description As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as SFDC, and AWS. The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle. The candidate will own reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions. Key Responsibilities Include Experience in designing and developing software components End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders Experience with development technologies such as Apex, LWC, and Node.js Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and IntegrationMiddleware tools such as MuleSoft, AWS API GatewayLambda, and Talend Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT Migration Tool, SFDC MetadataTooling APIs, and Git or Plastic SCM Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution Ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize and in a very fast paced and ever-changing environment Ability to document work in a clear and concise manner Ability to adapt to changes in environment and priorities Ability to work creatively, propose ideas, and contribute to working groups Flexibility and attitude to achieve tight deadlines Qualifications At least 2-4 yearsrsquo experience in Architecture role - SFDC or other CRM architecture experience a plus At least 4 yearsrsquo experience with Integration technologies Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on, cryptography, and a complete understanding of the Salesforce Data Security Model At least 4 yearsrsquo experience in Agile, and Scrum methods More than 6 yearsrsquo over-all salesforce developer and or admin experience Salesforce Developer and or Architect Certifications Bachelorrsquos Degree in a STEM related field Willingness to relocate to our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ
