Must Have Skills

• Must have at least more than 8 years of Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud and Rest API experience. Must have worked as Technical Architect for 4 years in Salesforce comprising with one or two Service Cloud implementation projects together with Salesforce Lighting and Rest API

Nice t have skills

• Salesforce Certification is highly preferred

Detailed Job Description

Technical Architect Service Cloud ,Lightning, REST API ,Call Center domain, requirement analysis, testing, deployment, status report, client interaction. Create and maintain API and data integration processes between Salesforce and other services. Provide technical leadership and ensure overall Salesforce code
