At least 8+ years of Salesforce Experience with good Configuration KnowledgeWorking experience on Customer Success Management System would be a plusDeep understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and support processesStrong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationshipsYou have the desire to learn and apply new technologiesAbility to self-train quickly and pick up new skills as necessaryUnderstanding of cloud offerings market space conceptsYou have good interpersonal skills.

As Sr. Business Systems Analyst you will play a key role within the Sales and Service Technology team. This includes working closely with leadership and internal customers as we transform our go-to-market capabilities. Working cross functionally with a broad set of business partners, you will use keen business process understanding.You will be part of the core team that is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the Salesforce platform and related technologies supporting the customer support and customer success organizationsWorking with client BSA and SMEs to understand the business processes. Hands on Salesforce.com customization experience involving working with Business to provide solutions and get the solutions developed by Technical Team.
