Position Summary

This is a special opportunity to work for a well established, mid sized company in the LA area. As a Business Analyst you will be client facing and working with a small team to deliver results. This role is very versatile where you will be part Business Analyst and part Admin. If you enjoy new and progressive projects this is the role for you!

Job Duties

• Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Demonstrate Salesforce's best practices
• Create user stories, design documentations, and Salesforce configuration
• Provide expertise on integration's with Salesforce
• Communicate with different teams and clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in Lightning
• Service, Pardot and Commerce Cloud experience
• Sales and Service Cloud
• Proficient in CRM business processes (lead, opportunity, contract, and order management)
  
  

Preferred Qualities

• Certifications
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce
• Product Manager experience
