Position Title: Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce.com experience

Remote role to start and once environment changes, candidate will be in the SF Office.

Top 4 skills needed:

5+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 years of Business
System Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects
Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM with knowledge of Sales and/or Service Cloud
features
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with business stake holders to understand/clarify the business requirements.
Analyze the business acceptance criteria of a User Story and determine/translate them to tasks to
meet the criteria.
In depth Functional testing Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business
acceptance criteria are being met.
Must be able to determine the functional test cases which can be automated.
Responsible for tracking the progress of functional testing and documenting the results.
Work closely with software developers to resolve issues identified during the functional testing.
Must be able to coordinate with business during User Acceptance Testing.
Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Team Lead and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.

Requirements :

5+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 years of Business
System Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with Business Management (or related field) or
equivalent work experience required.
Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM with knowledge of Sales and/or Service Cloud
features is a must.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes
Experience with QA Automation is a plus - JIRA, Automation script, experience working with automation script is helpful.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as appropriate
Mature directness to communicate honest opinions on technology, process, and approach--putting
in efforts to improve them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
