We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce and CLM Business Systems Analyst to help lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce & contract lifecycle management platforms . Candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the salesforce platform . The desired candidate is someone who thrives in a team-oriented, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment who welcomes challenge, embraces change, demonstrates creativity , learns quickly , and works well under tight deadlines.

The BSA will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, product management and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Sales, Product Management, Analytics, Marketing, IT, and our core program business processes. The BSA will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce and contract lifecycle management platforms.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Serves as a CRM leader focusing on Salesforce & contract lifecycle management tools such as DocuSign
• Be part of a product team setting vision and requirements, developing the roadmap, and partnering with engineering on execution, and quality delivery.
• Plays a variety of roles, with flexibility to train and expand our team working on Salesforce.com.
• Serves as BSA for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users, handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Manages Salesforce and contract lifecycle management data feeds and other integrations
• Acts as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field; master’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of previous experience in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management such as Docusign
• Strong understanding of Salesforce & contract lifecycle management best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• Able to analyze system records and translate data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Strong project and product management skills and a collaborative attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce & contract lifecycle management and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
• Experience working in a regulated industry (especially health insurance) preferred
