Salesforce BSA with Support Experience

Location: Remote initially until client goes Onsite in Chicago, IL

Term: 8+ months with extension for at least additional year

• Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce Administration exposure and understanding code and the debugging.
• Experience working tickets on an established highly integrated, high volume platform.
• Someone who can provide first/ second line support to US based businesses, manage and deliver resolution of agreed functional changes.

Provide Case Management support working in multiple capacities including as both functionally and technically as well as with business teams in, system setup, maintenance and in the resolution of issues and delivery of enhancement requests.
