This position stands on a permanent full time basis.<br> <br>&nbsp;<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br> <ul> <li>Work closely with global marketing teams to build new campaigns:</li></ul><br>Lead requirements gathering meetings with marketing, customer care and other departments to define new campaign requirements<br> <br>This role will be focused on campaign logic and implementation and less on the actual content creation, but knowledge of creating HTML forms and page layouts is a plus<br> <ul> <li>Perform ongoing maintenance of existing campaigns in Marketing Cloud</li> <li>Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately</li> <li>Serve as a contact for technical Marketing Cloud questions</li> <li>Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, testing, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements</li> <li>Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements, projects and open production support tickets</li> <li>Build reports and/or assist marketing team with data demonstrating campaign ROI</li> <li>Stay abreast of current technology and seek out new tools that can be utilized appropriately</li></ul><br>&nbsp;<br> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong>:<br> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target Marketing Automation tool</li> <li>Experience developing/deploying Marketing Automation with an emphasis on process and detail to ensure data security, privacy and accuracy</li> <li>Working knowledge of HTML to update or enhance marketing campaigns and content</li> <li>Marketing Cloud AMPScript familiarity &amp; experience</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL to build Data Extensions</li> <li>Knowledge of both acquisition and retention-based marketing campaign management and outbound email program administration</li> <li>Working knowledge of Salesforce.com for sales/marketing functions</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and its benefits</li> <li>Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional groups that include QA, marketing, development and various stakeholders with global a plus</li> <li>Bachelor' s in Computer Science or relevant work experience</li></ul><br>&nbsp;<br> <br><strong>Desired Skills and Competencies:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus</li> <li>Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously</li> <li>Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines</li> <li>Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills are critical</li> <li>Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on the new processes</li> <li>Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player</li> <li>Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies</li></ul><br>&nbsp;<br> <br><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Domestic travel may be required less than 5% of the time</li> <li>Infrequent weekend/off-hours work will occur for implementation go-live or support when needed</li></ul><br>&nbsp;<br> <br><strong>Job ID</strong>: 308497<br> <br>Think you’ re a fit?
