Your daily responsibilities

• Study the business function to determine operational objectives


• Meet with stakeholders to gather critical information and produce reports


• Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends


• Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and plans to cross functional team members and business leaders


• Write specifications, procedures, workflow charts and diagrams

Skills required

• Advanced skills of using MS Excel and MS Office suite


• Call center management experience (preferred)


• Experience in eliciting requirements and analyzing data


• Experience with SQL (preferred)


• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field
