Business Analyst - San Diego - 100K

Permanent, Full Time Position

This unique organization is currently seeking a skilled Business Analysis to join their Product Management and Platform Development team

The ideal candidate with be an excellent communicator with a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

Daily responsibilities include

• System development projects (integrations, cloud-based storage)


• Gather business requirements and translate into technical terms


• Oversee system specification development


• Develop waterfall SDLC documentation (Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Deployment plans)


• Develop Agile documentation (User stories, Detailed Requirements, Acceptance, Agile test documentation)


• Lead other BA's on the team


• Work with stakeholders, providing guidance on achieving project objectives

Required

• Significant experience with the Salesforce platform


• Knowledge of the SDLC process


• Experience gathering requirements for and supporting database/website implementations.


• Experience working with cloud-based storage systems


• Ability to implement test plans.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Ability to communicate stakeholder requirements.


• Intermediate Microsoft Visio (or comparable) skills.


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.


• Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical staff and stakeholders


• Bachelor's degree


• 5 years of related experience
